A SPACE WHERE YOU CAN EXHALE. ~

When your body feels supported, everything else can soften — this is the foundation of somatic support.

What Is Somatic Support?

Somatic support is a gentle, body-based approach that helps your nervous system feel steadier and more supported during pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood.

Rather than focusing only on thoughts or coping strategies, we work with your body — where stress, tension, and change are experienced most deeply.

Through guided movement, breath, and nervous system–informed coaching, you’ll learn how to:

  • Notice when you’re feeling overwhelmed or activated

  • Gently regulate your nervous system

  • Release tension held in the body

  • Feel more present and connected with your baby

This work isn’t about fixing you.

It’s about supporting you — so motherhood can feel more grounded, manageable, and supported from within.

ways we can work together

Support in motherhood is not meant to be one-size-fits-all. Our work together is shaped around your unique experience and needs, meeting you with care exactly where you are.

Whether you are preparing for birth, moving through postpartum, or finding your rhythm in early motherhood, sessions unfold gently, guided by what feels most supportive for you.

The Journey Behind This Work

From my own journey of healing and becoming through motherhood to yours.

Before becoming a mother, I had spent years immersed in health and wellness, yoga, and integrative practices. Movement was how I regulated stress. It was my outlet, my reset, my way back to myself. I believed I had the tools to stay grounded through life’s challenges.

But when I stepped into motherhood, everything shifted.

The stress, the intensity, the emotional and physical changes — it all felt bigger than anything I had prepared for. During pregnancy and postpartum, I could no longer move in the ways I once had. My body required something different — slower, softer, more attuned. And without my usual way of coping, I found myself struggling in ways I hadn’t expected.

It was humbling.

Motherhood brought me face to face with something deeper. Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum stirred layers of old patterns and unresolved trauma, revealing a lifelong experience of living in a dysregulated nervous system. Despite my background, I felt overwhelmed, anxious, and searching for steadiness in a way that felt both confusing and confronting.

I realized what I needed wasn’t more discipline, more knowledge, or more effort. I needed safety in my body.

So I began to dig deeper.

I immersed myself in understanding how the nervous system works — especially when shaped by trauma and high stress. I explored somatic practices, gentle regulation tools, and body-based healing that honored the pace of motherhood while still nurturing the mind-body connection. This work was different. It wasn’t about pushing harder. It was about listening more closely.

Slowly, I began to feel more steady. More present. More connected.

I learned how to support myself in a way that allowed me to show up for my children and my family with greater grounding instead of reactivity. That journey changed everything.

Today, I bring both my professional training and my lived experience into this work.

I know how isolating and overwhelming this season can feel. And I also know how powerful it is to have someone hold space for you while you find your footing again. My intention is to offer mothers the kind of support I once needed — a place where you can feel safe, understood, and gently guided as you navigate the beautiful, chaotic rhythm of motherhood.

I am a Board-Certified Health Coach (NBHWC), Somatic Integration Practitioner, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Reiki Practitioner, and I hold a Master’s in Integrative Medicine and Ayurveda.

But beyond any title or training, my greatest teachers have been motherhood itself — learning, unlearning, and growing alongside my children and our family.

Because when we learn to show up for ourselves with more steadiness and compassion, we naturally begin to show up more fully for our children. And from that place, we create a rhythm of calm, safety, and connection that ripples through our homes.

This is the heart of why I do this work — because when we heal and soften together, we create a slower, more grounded, and more present world for our children to grow within.

This is a space where you can exhale.

If this season feels beautiful, but also overwhelming…

You may be moving through pregnancy, postpartum, or early motherhood feeling more overwhelmed than you expected — even when everything looks “fine” from the outside.

Perhaps you’ve noticed that you feel:

• Constantly on edge or easily overstimulated
• Exhausted but unable to truly rest
• More anxious, reactive, or emotionally tender than usual
• Disconnected from your body or from yourself
• Like you’re carrying more than you can explain
• Tense, wired, or stuck in survival mode
• Unsure why motherhood feels heavier than you imagined
• Or having trouble finding movement that feels safe and supportive in this season

You might be longing to feel calmer. More present. More steady in your body.

Not just supported as a parent — but cared for as a person.

This work is especially supportive for mothers who are navigating the emotional shifts of pregnancy or postpartum, adjusting to identity changes, healing from birth experiences or past stress, or simply wanting a space that is just for them.

Support begins with creating space to slow down, listen, and gently care for yourself in this season.

If you notice even a small exhale as you read this, trust that.

Support doesn’t require urgency — only willingness. And it’s here for you when you feel ready.

You don’t have to move through this alone.

Motherhood is a tender and powerful transition, one that asks so much of you and deserves care, support, and space to slow down.

If you’re feeling the pull toward more steadiness, more support, or simply a place to breathe, you’re gently invited to begin.

Wherever you are — preparing for birth, navigating postpartum, or settling into early motherhood — you don’t have to do it alone.
